As the first person from her family to go to college, Yesenia Araiza has been a trailblazer from a young age. While still in college, Yesenia developed a strong work ethic through balancing school and a starting a family. She sees many similarities between the adventure of raising her children and her daily work at Level 2 Legal — as each case brings the same spirit of opportunity to learn something new.
No stranger to thinking on her feet, Yesenia analyzes situations quickly and logically to make the most efficient decisions. In both of her roles as mother and project manager, her “Get It Done” mentality is clear: “If I make a commitment to do something, I’ll get it done — and on time.”
Yesenia isn’t afraid to take on new responsibilities, which has shaped her into the leader that she is today — working on high-profile cases for our largest clients. She has extensive experience in actuarial fraud litigation, contract disputes, governmental document requests and investigations, internal investigations, legal malpractice litigation, mortgage-backed securities, patent infringement litigation, and privilege review.
Even with her track record of accomplishments, Yesenia believes that some of her greatest contributions are simply treating others with kindness and honesty, because "there's no reason to go through life treating others poorly." She consistently shows respect for our clients and the L2L team through transparent, focused leadership.
Yesenia's friendliness, respectfulness, and honesty make her a sought-after project manager at Level 2 Legal.
