Give with us.
One of the core values within Level 2 Legal embodies the belief that we really do care – about each other, our clients, and the communities in which we live and work. Every person we hire – and every client we serve – shares this core value with us, which makes our work much more meaningful.
In fact, The Harvard Business Review recently found that employees who find meaning in their work are 93% more engaged. This is good news for our clients, our families, and our communities.
We have a desire to infuse a culture of generosity within our company, as well as an interest in aligning our giving with our clients’ philanthropic goals.
Each year we encourage employees to participate in our corporate giving grant-making process during the second and fourth quarters of the calendar year. Our giving focuses on three main areas important to our company and our employees:
- Global humanitarian
- Local (Texas)
- Legal aid
Eligible US charitable organizations must be tax-exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and must not be classified as:
- Family foundations
- Fraternal organizations
- Private foundations
- Political organizations
Here are a few of our most recent recipients:
- Hurricane Harvey Relief Fund
- Junior League of Collin County, Texas
- Military Order of the World Wars
- Operation Kindness
- Samaritan's Inn
